Observations on timekeeping

Competitors were timekeeping each other. Organiser provided 8 timekeepers who were circulating the starting line for random control. Overall fair and correct.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results are issued in proper format.
Prizegiving ceremony was held on the field at the end of day.
