Duration of rounds

75 minutes. Fly off in all classes except F1C on Sunday evening with 10 minutes max due to restricted daylight hours.

Breaks between rounds

No planned breaks between rounds except for a lunch break after round 3.

Maximum durations in each round

First round for F1A,B,C,Q was 240 seconds. For the next rounds, flight time was 180 seconds.

Interruptions and delays

After round 3 a 30 minute break was used to allow competitors to get their free soup and bread offered by the organizers

Weather and visibility

The morning conditions were cold (0 C) with max. 1 m/s. Temperature rose to 10 C. Sunny all day, no cloud cover. Wind increased to 4 m/s in round 5 and fly off.

F1A: 7, F1B: 2, F1C: 1,F1Q: 4

Number of competitors per pole

Maximum 6 per pole

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Deviations from the Sporting Code: 5 rounds were announced rather than 7, 10 minutes max for single fly off due to limited daylight time. 2Joule was used in F1Q fly off.

Observations on timekeeping

One official time keeper per pole augmented with a competitor second time keeper

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

On-field results posted on large manual scoreboard. Pictures of score board posted on Facebook after 5 rounds and after fly offs.

Any incident or accident

All F1C flyers retired after 1 round.
