Maximum durations in each round

Round 1 in each event except F1Q was an extended max to 240 seconds. Round 1 for F1Q was 180 seconds. Rounds 2–5 were flown to 180 second maxes for all events.

Thursday 2/14/19 F1E was postponed until Reserve Day 2/18/19 (Rain)

Weather and visibility

Heavy rain on Thursday. Light to moderate rain rounds 1 & 2 on Friday, Sunshine and high winds near or over limit rounds 3 through 5. Light rain, but mostly sunshine and light to variable winds all day Saturday. Light rain for flyoffs Sunday morning

Flight line - changes of position

(1) for F1A & F1Q, (1) for F1B, F1C & F1Q. Wind direction changes in all cases.

Number of starting poles

(15) for F1A, (15) for F1B & (8) for F1C & F1P, None for F1Q

Number of competitors per pole

(3) minimum, (4) normal, (5) one pole in F1B (Keep China together by request)

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Timers were not provided by contest management. Shortened to 5 Rounds due to weather & conditions.

Observations on timekeeping

No significant incidents reported.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Awards Ceremonies completed Sunday Morning for F1A, F1B, F1C, F1Q & F1P. F1E awards at completion of event Monday 2/18/19
