After round 3: Pause because of rain and thunderstorm.

1. Round: (all class): 240sec, Round 2-3: 180 sec. Round 4-5 120 sec.

Interruptions and delays

Starting line moved upwind after 1. round and again further upwind after round 3
The fly-off: in the morning Sunday morning.

Weather and visibility

Sunny, 15 degree C. in round 1 and in fly-off, 20 degree from round 2,. Good visibility.
Wind in Round 1: 0-1 m/s, increasing to 3-5 m/ in round 3. in Round 4-5 5-6 m/s
Direction: Round 1: vest - turned to SE from round 2
Thunderstorm after round 3
Fly-off: 0-1 m/s. Sun partly hidden behind some light clouds, wind NE

Flight line - changes of position

After 1 round starting line was moved 700 m upwind

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Competitors were timing each other (always 2 timekeepers). Timing check was randomly preformed on the starting line by the contest organisation.

Observations on timekeeping

Random check of timekeeping from organisation-members.
Focus on motor run – no problems - General no problems (OK)In fly off: Ivan Bezak (SVK-1078) was spot-checked from organisation member, he timed 5:57.
Official timekeepers (Michael Kosonozhkin (RUS373) timed 6:24, and Bernd Silz (GER459) timed 6:22 = official result 6:23.
Investigations were carried out. All 3 timekeepers agreed on landing spot (in a stone fence) = same model was followed.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results continuously updated on score-board at starting-line.
Complete result list printed out to competitors after fly off with final results -
Price giving at afternoon the 29.6

Any incident or accident

Incident: Time: 10:12: A F1A-flyer in towing lost model control because his line got tangled in his shoe. At relative high speed the model hit a timekeeper on his back/ neck.
Accident: Time 17:42 F1A flyer got at deep “line-cut” in his own finger and vent to hospital, returned 20:00 with 9 stitches in one finger.
