Contest advertisement issued five months prior and published on the MMM Club website and club newsletter, mailed to potential contestants via post office and email, and handed out at national contests.
Advertised on Scat Electronic News (SEN).

Schedule of competition

13 and 14 July 2013, 7 rounds each day (14 total)

Duration of rounds

1 hours for the first 4 rounds each day (to accommodate those also flying the FAI mini events) and 1 hour rounds thereafter.

Observations on timekeeping

Timekeepers were experienced and had proper equipment. No timekeeper problems presented.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Plaques were presented as prizes.
Results being sent as a separate file along with this report.
