There was 1 official timekeeper with binoculars on each starting pole.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Result were available online, updated timely several times per competition. Organisers provided results with full names, nationalities, FAI ID numbers, marking of juniors, scores in Rounds and Fly-offs, final places scored.
Award ceremony on the field. The top 3 competitors seniors and juniors received trophies and medals.
