Schedule of competition

October 7 through 12, 2025

Duration of rounds

7 One Hour Rounds plus a 7 minute window /10 minute fly off in the morning.

Breaks between rounds

No breaks between rounds and all rounds flown from central filed location

Maximum durations in each round

240 seconds first two rounds with three 180 second regular rounds and two 120 second rounds due to wind conditions with fly offs in the morning with a ten minute max.

Interruptions and delays

No interruptions or delays.

Weather and visibility

Cooler than average temperatures with no significant visibility issues.

Flight line - changes of position

Flew from a line as opposed to poles from a central location on the field.

Number of starting poles

Flew from line as opposed to poles.

Number of competitors per pole

N/A

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Flew from a line rather than poles, otherwise followed sporting code with flyers timing each other and sharing the round. Due to wind increase in the afternoon, there were no fly offs until the ten minute fly off in the morning.

Observations on timekeeping

Did not observe any timekeeping issues.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results previously sent. There were 11 juniors who participated in the F1A F1B and F1Q events and each leading Jr in their event received awards.

Any incident or accident

None

Protests

None-Jury convened and made ruling on the moving of the maximum flight time from three minutes to two minutes.
