Interruptions and delays | After the first group had flown in round 2 low cloud/mist reduced visibility and flying was stopped until it improved. The wind was then much stronger. Flying was then stopped for a long time for a period of rain and poor visibility. Another short period of flying was possible but then visibility remained bad and flying was stopped for the day with round 2 still incomplete. The flights made had been in very different conditions and it was decided to discard those flights and start a new round 2 on the following day. After that round 3 was flown and the contest terminated at that point. A flyoff was held in the afternoon. A second flyoff was held to decide a tie for second place. |
Weather and visibility | Conditions were good for round 1 with wind 4 m/s, but the remainder of Saturday was cold with rain and poor visibility. Conditions were good for rounds 2 and 3 flown on Sunday with wind 3 m/s and dry with sunny periods. |

Observations on timekeeping | Eight timekeepers were available. There were incidents of recording wrong times by timing the wrong model. |
Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors | The prizegiving was held at the Podestria after the conclusion of the second competition. Trophies and diploma were awarded to the top three in the open and junior events. Each competitor recives a present from the organization. |

Protests | At least 1 only one competitor flew for a shorter maximum in round 3. One complained that the maximum was not displayed and was awarded a reflight. |
