July 22th – F1B,C
8.45 – 13.45 h 1.Fly off (14.10-14.20h)

Duration of rounds

(F1A,B,C,Q) 60 minutes

Breaks between rounds

1 hour lunch break (13.00-14.00h) first day (F1A, Q)

Maximum durations in each round

First round 210 seconds, other rounds 180 seconds (F1A), all rounds 180 seconds (F1Q); all rounds 120 seconds (F1B & F1C).

Interruptions and delays

First day (F1A, Q) – Delay from 14.00-17.00 due to strong wind and unfavourable wind direction. Competition ended with 5 turns due to same reasons.
Second day (F1B, C) – Delay from 08.00-8.45 due to strong wind and unfavourable wind direction which lead to changing start position. Competition ended with 5 turns due to same reasons.

Weather and visibility

First day (F1A, Q): Sunny, clear, good visibility. Temperature around 36 °C. Wind from 1,5-3m/s in the morning. After 5th turn wind escalated to 5-6,5m/s, with wind impacts up to 8 m/s and unfavourable wind direction.
Second day (F1B, C): Sunny, clear, good visibility, in the afternoon some clouds. Temperature around 30°C. Wind 5-7 m/s with wind impacts up to 9,5 m/s and unfavourable wind direction.

Flight line - changes of position

First day - change in position by two places (F1A), no change of position (F1Q).
Second day (F1B, C) no change of position.

Number of starting poles

6 starting poles for F1A, 1 starting pole for F1Q
5 starting poles for F1B, 1 starting pole for F1C

Number of competitors per pole

4 competitors on 4 poles, 3 competitors on 2 poles (F1A).
4 competitors on one pole (F1Q).
3 competitors on 3 poles, 2 competitors on 2 poles (F1B).
3 competitors on one pole (F1C).

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

None

Observations on timekeeping

Rounds 1 to 5 - 1 timekeeper per pole (F1A, B, C, Q), each pole with binoculars. Fly off: 2 timekeepers per pole

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Prizes were given for 1-3 places for seniors and juniors, on the field after end fly-off. After each round printed results displayed on info-board. Full results. Juniors are signed on the list by „JR“. Organizer provided warm meals for all participants free of charge.
