Schedule of competition

April, 22-2007, Start time: 08:00.
F1B fly-off started on April, 23-2007 at 06:20.

Duration of rounds

55 minutes

Breaks between rounds

5 minutes, 1 hour break after 4th round

Maximum durations in each round

240 seconds for the first round, 180 seconds for the other rounds.
F1B fly-off: 10 min.

Interruptions and delays

After the 4th round, because of the increasing wind, the competitions delayed until 19:30. At 19:30, F1A and F1C fliers decided to accept the current scores as the final classification. F1B fliers requested to fly fly-off round at next day morning. The Jury accepted the proposal of the competitors.

Weather and visibility

The visibility was very good. The temperature was between 150C and 220C. In the first four rounds, the wind was very low. After the 4th round, the winds suddenly increased and exceed 8 m/s. The next day morning, in the F1B fly-off, the weather conditions were excellent.

240 sec. flight time for F1A in the 1st round

Observations on timekeeping

There was a fixed 1 Timekeeper in each starting pole with binocular. There were some moving additional time keepers keeping time as a second time-keeper.
In the F1B fly-off, there were 3 time-keepers with binoculars for each competitor.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

First 3 places in each category were awarded with very high quality plaques. Listings of the updated results with were sticked on the time-table after the begining of the next round and result listings for each category were available at the prize-giving, delivered by e-mail next days and published on web.
