Schedule of competition

Round 1: 9:00- 10:00.
Round 2: 10:00- 11:15
Round 3: 11:15- 12:15
Round 4: 12:15- 13:30
Round 5: 13:30- 14:30.
The F1A flyoff. Group A started at 17:00 and Group B started at 17:20 the F1B started at 17:40 and F1C started at 18:00
The second flyoff in F1A started at 08:10 following morning.

Round 2 and 4 – 1 h 15 min

Maximum durations in each round

Round 1-2: 240 sec
Round 3-5: 180 sec
Flyoff 1: 360 sec
Flyoff 2: 720 sec

Interruptions and delays

Not during the rounds.
We moved for the flyoff, about 1km more out on the lake.
Last flyoff in F1A was postponed until the following morning.

Weather and visibility

The wind in the four first rounds was between 1-2 m/s. In the fifth round the windspeed increased to 4-6 m/s. In the flyoff at the evening the windspeed was 5-7 m/s.
In the morning flyoff it was 2-3 m/s

Flight line - changes of position

Not during the rounds.
We moved for the flyoffs.

Number of starting poles

Flight line with free positioning.

Number of competitors per pole

No requirement.

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

F1C and F1Q starting pole at right hand side of flight line, facing the wind. Competitor’s timekeeping for each other.
We used group flyoffs, to many contestants in the flyoff compare with available timekeepers.
These two local rules was mentioned at the competition’s webpage and in the invitation.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results continuously updated online and on score-board at flight line. Prize giving on the ice after the last flyoff. Prizes to the first 3 in all classes (F1C & F1Q only first place).
