Weather and visibility

Weather excellent, slightly overcast, wind 1-2 m/sec. Warm. Weather a little foggy first round but all models timed to the ground

None required

Number of starting poles

Nominal 50m starting line. Separate starting lines marked by large cones and signs indicating each category

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Competitors to time others but witnessed by cd and others at recording desk.
No motorised retrieval allowed

Observations on timekeeping

No Problems, all models timed to the ground

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Prizegiving on field at end of contest. Results sent o competitors, Scat, FFDU, MFW
Prizes along with certificates were engraved Tui on thick Perspex Plaques.
Also bottles of wine for winners in F1A and F1B
