Schedule of competition

Round 1: 9:00- 10:00 Due to thick fog (No visibility) we could not open the first round at 9:00 We made half hour delays at first, but after a few delays of half hour we made a 1 hour lunch break. After this break we could open the first round at 12:00. We could fly three rounds but the fog came back in some periods so we had to make several short delays. We tried to fly also the fourth round, but the evening fog came and many models was lost in the sky, so we had to cancel this round. The flyoff was flown after the main rounds of Bear Cup the next day. We started with F1A at 14:30, then F1B and F1Q right after. Both flyoffs was flown in no thermal conditions.

Yes, Before round 1 a long delay, then several shorter delays.

Weather and visibility

In the main rounds, partly fog and bad visibility, wind 1 to 3 m/s. In the flyoff very good visibility, wind 1 m/s.

Flight line with free positioning.

Number of competitors per pole

No requirement.

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

F1C and F1Q starting pole at right hand side of flight line, facing the wind. Competitor’s time-keeping for each other.

Observations on timekeeping

Random check of timekeeping.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results continuously updated online and on score-board at flight line. Prize giving in the evening after the competition. Prizes to the first 3 in all classes, both juniors and seniors.
