Contest advertisement issued five months prior and published on the MMM Club website and club newsletter, mailed to potential contestants via post office and email, and handed out at national contests.
Advertised on Scat Electronic News (SEN).

Schedule of competition

13 July 2014, 7 rounds

Duration of rounds

1 ½ hours for the first 5 rounds each day (to accommodate those also flying the FAI mini events) and 1 hour rounds thereafter.

None scheduled

180 Seconds

Interruptions and delays

Second F1B flyoff flown at Southwest FAI Challenge on October 20.

Winds 1-6 MPS but strong wind at time of second F1B flyoff - not flown
Visibility unlimited

Flight line - changes of position

None. Flight lines were established on the north & south sides of the parking area but switching from one side to the other caused no delays.

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Flights were required to be made from the flight line but fixed pole positions were not used.

Observations on timekeeping

Timekeepers were experienced and had proper equipment. No timekeeper problems presented.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Plaques were presented as prizes.
Results sent as a separate file.
