Schedule of competition

1. Round 8:30-9:45, 2. Round 10:20-11:35, 3.Round 17:45-19:00. Round 4: 19:00-20:15 (but stopped and cancelled).
New Round 4 (day 2): 17:45-19:00, Round 5: 19:00-20:00
Fly-off - 1. Fly-off started 20:40 in F1A, 20:50: in F1C and F1Q, and 21:10 in F1B
2. Flyoff in class F1A and F1B next morning (day 3) at 6:30

Round 1 to 4: 1:15 , Round 5 1:00

Maximum durations in each round

1. -3 Round: 120 sec, 4-5 rounds 180 sec.
1. Fly off: 420 sec. (Agreed by all competitors) - 2. Fly-off : 600 sec

Interruptions and delays

After 1. Round: Starting line was moved 400 meter because of wind-shift – 30 minutes break
After 2. Round brake because of high wind speed
Round 4 Stopped before end, all scores in round 4 cancelled. Reason: un-sportive conditions (fog.) - The contest interrupted until next day.
2. Fly-off Sunday morning (day 3)

Weather and visibility

Cloudy, 19 degree C. in round 1-3,. Good sight.
Reduced vertical sight (fog) came after 40 minuets in round 4. Because of the visibility problem some models despaired, and the CD decided therefore to stop round 4 and cancel all results. Reason: Un-sportive conditions.
Round 4 was moved to next day and briefing at 8:00,
Still low sight, and new briefing time agreed to be afternoon at 17:00.
Wind in Round 1: 5 m/s, 90 turning against 115. Round 2-3: 4 -5 m/sec, Round 4 -3 from East.
1. Fly-off: 5-6 m/s. 2. Fly-off 3-4 m/s

Flight line - changes of position

Moved upwind between round 1 and 2
New starting place from round. 3
For Fly-off starting-line was moved 70 m to the right.

Starting-line with free positioning (F1C in end of starting-line)

Local rules or deviations from Sporting Code

Competitors were timing each other. Timing check was randomly preformed on the starting line by the contest organisation.

Observations on timekeeping

Random check of timekeeping from organisation-members.
In flyoff organiser extended the timekeeper-teams with timekeeper-observers

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Results continuously updated on score-board at starting-line
Complete Result-list printed out to competitors after Flyoff, with final Results -
Prize giving on the field in a ½ hour brake between round 3 and 4 in Norwegian Cup. Drinks and snacks was served for everybody.
