The competition schedule was as follows:
08:00–09:45 – Registration and official training flights
09:50 – Opening ceremony
10:00–12:00 – Official Flights 1–3
12:00–12:15 – Training flights
12:15–14:15 – Official Flights 4–6
14:15–14:30 – Training flights
14:30–16:30 – Official Flights 7–9
17:00 – Closing ceremony and prize giving

Observations on timekeeping

Timekeeping was fair and accurate. Competitors were provided with real-time timing display via individual screens

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

All formalities were completed in accordance with the Sporting Code.
The organiser provided full and accurate results, including competitor names, nationalities, identification of juniors and/or females, as well as flight data and best three flight times
