Schedule of competition

Start round 1 09:00, round 2 10:30, round 3 12:00, round 4 14:00, round 5 15:30. Flyoffs: Round 1 at 18:30 (F1Q) and 18:45 (F1B)

Duration of rounds

1 hour 25 minutes

Breaks between rounds

5 minutes, lunch break from 1325 to 1400

Maximum durations in each round

Round 1 240 seconds (4 minutes)
Rounds 2,3 and 4 180 seconds (3 minutes)
Round 5 150 seconds (2 1/2 minutes)
Flyoff F1Q 360 seconds (6 minutes), F1B 600 seconds (10 minutes)

Weather and visibility

Cloudy start with improving visibility, no rain, sun came out at lunchtime for the afternoon, 20oC+. 5mph NE wind at start, swinging East towards trees, hence shorter Round 5 max. Light wind for flyoffs, 2-5mph.

Observations on timekeeping

Timing by helpers and other competitors, at least 2x timekeepers assigned to each competitor for fly-offs

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Prize giving before flyoff, with medals for top 3.
Results displayed on scoresheet with names, nationalities and junior/lady identification
