Individual rounds had an unIform duration of 75 minutes

There was no break set between the rounds

Interruptions and delays

After finishing of the 2.round there was a 90 minute break owing strong wind.

Weather and visibility

Clear or partly cloudy, north wind of 7-8 m/s. Visibility very good.

Upright against the wind.

No deviations appeared.

Observations on timekeeping

Timekeepers (VA students) equipped with binoculars and electronic stopwatch.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Prize giving (diploms and cups) took place in hotel
Selected: 1-3 the best senior; 1-3 the best junior; 1-3 two member team
The results were processed and sent on May 15, 2004.
