Schedule of competition

The contest was organized within the F1E World Champs schedule on Sept. 12, 2003.
Contest opening: 9.45, first round 10.00, 3 rounds

Interruptions and delays

The contest was interrupted between the basic part and the fly off for about 2 hours. The rain almost stopped during the pause.

Weather and visibility

Overcast with rain, temp. 15 – 20 C. W wind 2-4 m/s. Only 3 rouds were flown with gradually increased maximum time.
No visibility problems.

Flight line - changes of position

The flight line was moved gradually lower on the slope surface, the fly off was flown on very mild slope down in the valley.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

First results immediately after the contest, results in-written at about 22.00 hrs, Sept 12, during the festive dinner and the prize giving ceremony.
The first 3 individuals seniors, juniors and teams were awarded with diplomas and cups.

Any incident or accident

I was almost eaten by a pack of shepherds dogs before the contest was opened. No problems with models recovery during the day.
