Observations on timekeeping

TK were experienced FF S&M modellers with relevant stopwatches. Time-keeping was correct.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

The contest organization was very good. Flying area was properly marked. There was one central tent for PC center and many chairs and sunshields for all participants. All paperwork was prepared in advance so the contest was conducted very fluently. Scores were presented at the scorelists very soon after theflights, so the contestants had a real-time feeling of their current placings. A laptop with a laserjet printer supplied by a portable generator were installed in the field which provided very quick presentation of the score lists. Amost 50 % of juniors in F1A shows remarkable interest of joungsters for FF classes. Final scorelists were printed in a bulletin distibuted to all participants a few minutes after the prizegiving ceremony. The organizer awarded the winners with attractive prizes and diplomas. The organizer also provided sandwiches for all participants twice during the event and a lot of coca-cola and other beverages which made this contest very pleasant for everyone in spite of a very warm air temperature.
This was the 20-th, jubilee, Srem-Cup. It was pity that only two states were participating (we recall participation of 5 or 6 states earlier). This contest deserves to be organized for many years in future.
