12 April F1A&C as scheduled. 13 April F1B Rounds 3&4 extended to 90mins to facilitate retrieval…..allowed by foot/bicycle only

F1A&C Rounds 1-5 180 sec (due to wind/visability) F1B 240 sec Round1.Rounds2-5 180 sec.

Interruptions and delays

F1B Rounds 3&4 extended to 90 mins due to wind at around 4-6m/sec average.

Weather and visibility

Weather: F1A&C Fine, & cool early , Wind: 3-4m/s . F1B Fine 2-3m/sec Round 1 then increasing to 4-6m/s rounds 5. Visibility generally good. Some dust haze in early morning Flyoffs.

None required 2km+ all directions

100m starting line , nominally 10.

Mostly one

Competitors to time others. No motorised retrieval allowed.

Observations on timekeeping

Some dust haze during early morning Flyoffs.

Prize-giving and issue of results - confirm organisers provide results with full names, nationalities and number of juniors

Issued at Presentation Dinner. Confirmed to CIAM. Also published in Free Flight Down Under. No Juniors flew F1 events. Printed results issued at Dinner.
Prizes: Medals with certificates were well received at the evening Presentation Function.
